93A County Route 84, Cairo, NY 12413 Primary territory: Cairo, Athens (Leeds Fire District), and Durham southwest of Route 145. Mutual-aid ALS to Catskill. Also home to Medic 1, the Chief of Operations' vehicle — a fully equipped sixth unit, carrying the same kit as the station trucks, that responds to calls and backs up daily operations as needed, countywide.
MEDIC 5Coxsackie
Town of Coxsackie Ambulance · 117 Mansion St., Coxsackie, NY 12051 Primary territory: Coxsackie, Athens (Athens and West Athens Fire Districts), and New Baltimore (New Baltimore Fire District).
MEDIC 7Freehold
Freehold Fire Department · 9502 State Route 32, Freehold, NY 12083 Primary territory: Greenville, Durham northeast of Route 145, and New Baltimore (Medway-Grapeville Fire District).
MEDIC 8Prattsville
Prattsville Hose Company · 47 Firehouse Dr., Prattsville, NY 12468 Primary territory: Ashland, Lexington and Prattsville — the most rural corner of the county, where transports routinely run an hour or more.
